By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of RealWrite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using RealWrite on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

RealWrite is an AI-powered text rewriting service that helps users transform their content while maintaining meaning and improving clarity. The Service includes:

• AI-powered text rewriting and paraphrasing
• Multiple rewriting modes and styles
• Credit-based usage system
• Premium subscription plans
• Ad-supported free tier

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Acceptable Use Policy

• Harmful content: Submit, generate, or distribute content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Misleading content: Use the Service to create content intended to deceive, defraud, mislead, or manipulate others, including fake news, misinformation, or impersonation
• Professional misconduct: Use the Service in ways that violate professional codes of ethics, industry standards, or employment agreements
• System abuse: Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; or interfere with its operation
• Spam or malware: Submit, generate, or distribute spam, unsolicited communications, malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Unauthorized access: Access other users' accounts, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any form of hacking or data mining
• Automated abuse: Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Service without our express written permission
• Resale or redistribution: Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties without authorization

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of paid services, and potential legal action.

Credits and Payment

Free Credits

Free users can earn credits by:

• Watching advertisements
• Completing promotional activities
• Daily bonuses (if applicable)

Credits may expire according to the terms displayed in your account. Tampering with ad playback or attempting to fraudulently earn credits is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited or increased usage limits. Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to RealWrite ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit Your Content
• Your Content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Your Content does not infringe on third-party rights

Our Content

The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RealWrite or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI ("Generated Content") is provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any use of Generated Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We process your submitted text to provide the rewriting service. Your input and output text may be stored on our servers to improve our service quality and provide better results. This data is handled securely and is never shared with third parties or used for AI model training purposes.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be free from errors or interruptions
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements
• All features will be available to all users

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REALWRITE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS of any content generated by the Service
• UNDETECTABILITY of content by AI detection tools, plagiarism checkers, or human reviewers
• SUITABILITY of generated content for any academic, professional, or commercial purpose
• COMPLIANCE with any academic integrity policies, professional standards, or legal requirements
• UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE operation of the Service
• RESULTS that will meet your requirements or expectations
• QUALITY of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service
• CORRECTION of any errors or defects in the Service

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM REALWRITE OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER HARM THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REALWRITE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION
• COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONTENT GENERATED, PROCESSED, OR DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE SERVICE
• ACADEMIC CONSEQUENCES including but not limited to failing grades, academic probation, suspension, expulsion, degree revocation, or damage to academic standing
• PROFESSIONAL CONSEQUENCES including but not limited to job loss, professional sanctions, license revocation, or damage to professional reputation
• LEGAL CONSEQUENCES including but not limited to fines, penalties, lawsuits, or criminal charges
• DETECTION OF AI-GENERATED OR MODIFIED CONTENT by any detection system, software, or human reviewer
• VIOLATIONS OF ACADEMIC INTEGRITY POLICIES, PROFESSIONAL CODES OF ETHICS, OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
• STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT REALWRITE HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF REALWRITE FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealWrite, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:

• YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE in any manner whatsoever
• YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS or any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• YOUR VIOLATION OF OUR ETHICAL USE POLICY or Acceptable Use Policy
• ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT, POST, OR TRANSMIT through the Service
• ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE based on your input or at your direction
• YOUR USE OF GENERATED CONTENT in any academic, professional, commercial, or personal context
• ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT or violations of academic integrity policies
• PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT or violations of professional codes of ethics
• INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS or other proprietary rights of any third party
• VIOLATION OF PRIVACY RIGHTS or unauthorized disclosure of personal information
• DEFAMATION, LIBEL, OR SLANDER arising from content you submit or generate
• FRAUD, DECEPTION, OR MISREPRESENTATION involving the Service
• ANY CLAIM THAT YOUR CONTENT OR USE OF THE SERVICE caused damage to a third party
• YOUR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY made in these Terms

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and your use of the Service. RealWrite reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with RealWrite in asserting any available defenses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any unused credits or subscription time will be forfeited.

User Representations and Warranties

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms
• You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
• You will use the Service only for lawful and ethical purposes
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies
• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit to the Service
• Your use of the Service will not violate any academic integrity policies, professional codes of ethics, or contractual obligations
• You understand and accept the risks associated with using AI-powered writing tools
• You will not use the Service for academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or deception
• You acknowledge that RealWrite makes no guarantees about the detectability or quality of generated content

No Professional Advice

The Service is not intended to provide and does not constitute legal, academic, professional, or any other form of advice. The content generated by the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation or advice. You should seek appropriate professional advice before taking or refraining from taking any action based on content generated through the Service.

RealWrite is not responsible for any decisions you make based on content generated through the Service.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by RealWrite. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that RealWrite shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

Export Control and Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States or other relevant jurisdiction has embargoed goods or services, and that you are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Force Majeure

RealWrite shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and RealWrite's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Uttar Pradesh, India, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

You agree to waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
